Best hostels along the NC500 route

Travelling solo and looking for hostels along the NC500. Prefer the social ones where you meet other travellers. Any recommendations?

Tongue SYHA hostel is great - small, friendly, and right on the route. Achmelvich Beach hostel is another cracker. Both have that proper backpacker vibe.

The Lazy Crofter in Durness is brilliant. Cosy common room with a wood burner, and it's walking distance to Smoo Cave. Met some great folk there.

Carbisdale Castle hostel is closed now unfortunately, but Craig in Diabaig is an amazing wee bothy-style hostel. Remote, no wifi, no phone signal - perfect.
